A High Cube container is 9ft 6in (2.89 m) tall externally. Internal headroom is 2.69 m, giving about 30 cm more space than a standard container. This makes a real difference for tall goods, garden offices, and conversions. The width and length match the standard equivalent (20ft or 40ft).

Did you know?
The extra height of a high cube container was introduced because many cargoes were limited by volume rather than weight. Adding height increased capacity without changing the container footprint.
