  • What is your minimum rental period?

    Our standard rental periods are in multiples of one month. Shorter rentals are, however, possible – please get in touch and tell us what you need.

  • What are 'flexible rental terms'?

    When renting a container, some companies will lock you in to a lengthy contract. But what if your needs change? What if your container is too big or too small?

    For a business customer, being able to change as and when you need is especially important – which is why we offer flexible rental terms to everyone. This means you can change the model or opt for a different size whenever you need to.

    Most of our refrigerated container clients choose to rent, as hiring gives them the freedom to adapt to market conditions. It is also much more affordable and convenient in most cases than buying.

  • Is it cheaper to rent for a longer period?

    When renting ArcticStore cold storage containers, we’re able to offer lower rates for longer-term contracts. If you are booking self storage, we offer a 20% reduction when you pay a year in advance.

  • Where can I see your terms and conditions?

  • I've ordered a container but changed my mind. What can I do?

    Please get in touch, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

  • How can I pay?

    You can pay by Direct Debit, bank transfer or debit card.

  • When will I be billed?

    When renting, you can choose whether you want to be invoiced 30 days in advance or 30 days in arrears. Our payment terms are 30 days. If buying containers from us, private clients – and most business customers – are required to pay in advance.

  • Do you offer finance options?

    We don’t offer finance options on container sales or rentals.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    No, but we regularly have special offers that you may wish to check out. Our rates are highly competitive and not falsely inflated so we can then discount them down. If you find a like-for-like quotation at a price lower than we have quoted, please let us know. We would be happy to go through it with you and see if we can find a solution.

  • I'm not happy with my rental container – what are my options?

  • I'm not happy with the container I've bought – what can I do?

    Please just get in touch, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

  • Do I have to pay for you to pick up a rented container when I have finished with it?

    No – you actually pay for this at the start of your rental agreement. That means you pay today’s prices for your collection – meaning you won’t be exposed to price increases if we pick up your container a month, a year or many years down the line.
