That’s long enough for us to freeze the bugs for four days (sufficient to kill them) and then safely get your goods back up to +15°C, ready for collection.

FREEZE-KILLING FOR INSECT INFESTATIONS: HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Book a slot at one of our bug-killing depots – by phone, email, or our contact form.
STEP 2
Arrive by car or van and transfer your affected belongings into our freezer container.
STEP 3
We’ll lock up your container, and our extreme freezing tech will get to work, dropping temperatures to -30°C.
STEP 4
Come back five days later for the collection of your bug-free goods.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
- Box up belongings whenever possible or put them in bags.
- Remember to remove any products containing liquids.
- Make sure you’ve brought everything! The aim is to kill everything in one go.
